As of January 1st 2027, Hayley Cattell, will in addition to her Managing Director role be appointed Vice President Beijer Ref UK and Ireland and be part of the EMEA Leadership Team. Hayley has been with Beijer Ref for over 15 years, joining in 2010 as Trainee Sales Engineer for the North East of England. She later became Product Development Manager followed by several senior leadership positions including Group Sales Director, before being appointed Managing Director.
As a natural progression after serving 50 years in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, 37 of them with Beijer Ref UK and Ireland (previously Dean & Wood) John has decided at the end of this year to step away from ‘day to day’ operational management. John will remain within the business and is appointed Chairman of the board for Beijer Ref UK and Ireland and will be involved in group strategy.
